Shipping Times

  • Standard shipping times vary depending on your location
  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed

3PL Fulfillment

We partner with a third-party logistics provider (3PL) to handle storage, packing, and shipping.

  • Because of this, some orders may take longer than others depending on inventory location and demand
  • We work closely with our fulfillment partners to ensure timely delivery

Delays & Updates

If your order is delayed for any reason:

  • We will proactively notify you with updates
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Lucky Lie Golf is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed
  • If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details
  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement
